Wright Brothers Takeoff Prep

One hundred years ago today, Wilbur and Orville Wright are the first to use upright seating in a plane, flying at Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Although this anniversary is not as important as the first flight, it was an important pre-cursor to the age of passenger transportation. In fact, one week later, Charles W. Furnas, a mechanic with the Wright brothers, becomes the first airplane passenger.

And knee room has been decreasing ever since!
